Here’s the compatibility gotcha: CGI changed its hinge boring pattern in 2019. Pre-2019 cabinets use a 45mm cup with 5mm mounting screws; post-2019 shifted to a 35mm cup with 3.5mm screws. We keep both hinge plates on our trucks, but if you’re ordering your own hardware, that 2mm difference strips the pilot holes. For drawer glides, the Builder Series uses a 22-inch side-mount with 1/2-inch extension; Designer and Premier moved to 21-inch undermount soft-close by Blum.
